There Are Many Ways to Attend As part of a Chartered Den: Chartered Den - This is a group of Cub Scouts who go to camp together with their leader(s). They may be from an existing Den or one created just for Summer Camp. A Charter Den is two-deep leadership with 8-10 boys. If the minimum ratio of Cub Scouts and Adults can't be met CONTACT the Camp Director, he may be able to help you. Available for Day Camp and Overnight Camp. Let the Camp add you to a Den: With Your Family - Cub/Family Overnight - is for the Cub Scout, an adult partner and family. This one night stay at camp gives a Cub Scout a sampling of what resident camp is like. Twi-lite Camp - is programmed for the family. Scheduled in the evening after regular working hours, families can bring a picnic and then take part in the camp activities. It's an easy way to interact with your Cub Scout in the busy summer months. Sibling Den - Offered at the Day Camps this is for the non-Cub Scout children of Day Camp Den Leaders to participate in a variety of fun activities. Children must stay with the Sibling Den (not with Mom or Dad's Den) and must be potty trained.

A Camp Experience that Fits - Webelos Resident — a week long, 5-night/6-day overnight camping experience. The week is for boys entering the fourth and fifth grades. Activities are programmed to help Webelos age Cub Scouts with achievements for their rank.
Cub Adventure — is a week long, 5-night/6-day overnight program of fun for Bears and Wolves. Programming is appropriate for boys entering the second or third grade. Cub Experience - A shorter, 2-night/3-day overnight experience to introduce a Cub Scout to overnight resident camping. Cub/Family Overnight -is for the Cub Scout and adult partner. This two day/one night stay at camp gives a Cub Scout a sampling of what resident camp is like. Other family members may join in all the fun at camp. - Twi-lite camp — is programmed for the family. Scheduled in the evening after regular working hours, families can come and have a picnic then take part in the camp activities. It’s a way to interact with your Cub Scout in the busy summer months. - Day Camp — is run Monday through Friday at convenient locations. This Cub Scout Summer Program is fun and learning without the overnight element. Many boys are introduced to the Cub Scout Outdoor Summer Program at Day Camp before progressing to a resident camp program. Day Camp is most appropriate for Tigers, Wolves and Bears.

Forms and other Info: Health forms are required for all campers, den leaders and staff. Health forms are kept on file with the camp Health Officer. All campers and leaders must have a physical examination within the 12 months prior to camp. Doctor physicals must be completed for all Connecticut Rivers Council camps (day and overnight) per Connecticut State Camping Regulations. Please disregard 72 hours instruction on section B. Medical Form for Adults and Scouts, Day & Resident Medication at camp requires an “Authorization for the Administration of Medications Form” to be completed. Note: Not all camps have health officers qualified to administer medications. Check with your camp director. Allergy Treatment Form, Medication Order Form Bring Medical forms with you to camp on the first day, do not submit to the office in advance. A limited number of camperships are available to campers who demonstrate need. Campership applications must be submitted to the Connecticut Rivers Council before April 1, 2010. Financial Assistance "Campership" Form Save A Spot is your way to insure a spot for the camp and date(s) of your choice. Reserve a spot and date for a $25 non refundable, transferable down payment. Charter Den Deposit (Save-A-Spot) A charter den is from a pack or den that have signed up for camp together with appropriate leadership. A charter den enjoys a reduced rate at Connecticut Rivers’ Day Camp, Cub Scout Adventure and/or Webelos Resident Camp. Day Camp leadership can be eligible for a fee rebate when specifications are met. Charter Den Application Provisional (Individual) Camper Application | Things about Camp….. The Staffs at Connecticut Rivers Council Cub Scout summer camps are certified by the BSA National Camp Schools. Key members of each staff are trained in specific disciplines for their areas of responsibility. The facilities of all Connecticut Rivers Council Cub Scout Summer Camps are inspected before and during camp sessions. Inspectors from the State of Connecticut and BSA Nationally trained visitation teams conduct camp visits to check safety, security, cleanliness, health conditions, and program suitability.
