For those of you interested in attending the 2013 Scout Jamboree at the new Summit Bechtel Reserve, you can go as a member of the CT Rivers Council Contingent for a total cost of $1,350. You can sign up on the following website by clicking “Getting Started”: www.bsajamboree.org. YOUTH CHAPTER MEETINGS

The Wilawi Chapter OA invites youth members to attend our monthly meetings on each first Monday at 7:30 p.m. at the LDS Church, 30 Woodside St, in Manchester.  Plans are discussed for unit elections, ordeal weekends and other OA activities.

Whether you are an elected OA representative from your troop, or an individual member, this is an opportunity to participate and improve the chapter.

Meetings are held at the same time and location as the adult leaders roundtable meeting, but in a separate room, and boys often ride with unit adults.

The badge worn is an official troop position, The youth is appointed by the SPL with SM approval.
