The Hockanum River District of the Connecticut Rivers Council, Boy Scouts of America prepares young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout oath and law. The Hockanum River District delivers Scouting programs to nearly 3000 youth and over 1000 adults including 500 disadvantaged urban youth in 79 units in East Hartford, Manchester, Glastonbury and nine other east-central Connecticut towns.

Hockanum River District Awards Banquet Registration

Please join the Hockanum River District in recognizing the 2012 District Awards Recipients, who are being nominated for excellence by you, the district members. Banquet is March 17 at Georgina's, with reservations by March 12. Nominations must be submitted on the linked forms by February 24.

District Awards Nominations

The District Awards Banquet will be on March 17. You can nominate others for these outstanding achievement awards. The nominations must be received by February 24, 2012, and the dinner event will again be at Georgina's in Bolton.

Wilawi Chapter OA

Wilawi Chapter, Order of the Arrow, is conducting unit elections, anticipating the Lodge Banquet in March, and their Spring Ordeal in April at JNW. Also paying annual dues online is new this year.
